Prediction for 2007
During the Junior Master preparation in October 2006
Master Chan wove the magic of Chue Style Feng Shui to give us the prediction
for 2007. Once again, whether we looked
at the Horoscope, Kwas, I Ching and Chue Yik, Sam Hap or Flying Stars they all
gave the same answer, displaying once again the depth and wisdom of our Chue
Style Feng Shui.
We started by looking at the 5 pillars of the
chart. As you can see by looking at the
first sheet, the day stem of Dung Gee is 
Wood, which combines either side with 
Metal giving a jealous combination. There is also a Metal combination in the
Branches between the 
and 
,
therefore the Metal is strong which in turn makes the Water strong. Therefore, although the Wood initially looks weak with all the Metal
around it, it is in fact strong as the Metal feeds the Water and the Water
feeds the Wood.
As the Wood combines either side with 
Metal, which is 
the
Government and the real power and authority, 2007 is a year where two leaders
(Tony Blair and Gordon Brown in the
There are actually 3 leaders all trying to get the
citizens’ attention as there is also 
in the Branches, which interestingly combines
with the Earth, which is the 
the real money in the chart, to make Metal,
thus taking the money away! Therefore,
none of the leaders are clear, they are all part of a combination, they are
full of promises, which are not fulfilled, they actually just take the citizens
money!
As the Metal and Water are so strong here, all the chi
is in the West,
The Metal is the Government, and the Water is also
very strong, therefore the Governments are talking and promising, trying to get
the people to listen to them and trust them.
However, is the Water tomb, which ‘locks’ the water
away, therefore the promises are not kept!
To see which leader is stronger, look at the month and
hour pillars. The month pillar is drained by the 
Water, whereas the time pillar is fed by the Earth beneath it, clearly showing that the new
leader is stronger than the existing leader.
The Palace is also stronger in the time pillar.
The Weather for 2007
As there is lots of Water in the chart, the weather
will be wet, with not much sunny weather as there is only one yin Fire. We must be careful of flooding, especially in
October when the Water tomb is crushed by the 
month, this is particularly relevant in the
North West and North globally and in every country. There is very little Wood here to absorb all
the Water, so flooding is especially prevalent where many trees have been cut
down.
Supportive Elements for the
Chart
Although the Wood appears weak at first inspection, it is
actually not weak at all, it is strong, making Yang Wood, Fire and Earth (not 
)
the supportive elements for 2007.
As the Metal is strong in this chart, the Western
countries will try to control the Eastern Countries. At the moment the Eastern countries do not
know how to comply with the EU rules, they do not know who to listen to, they
are confused.
The money in the chart is the Earth which combines with the Metal to Metal, leaving no other money
there. There is also no Earth to support
the Metal, and the Metal is cold. The
Metal is the power and authority, the Governments of the West (as Metal) want
to control the Eastern countries, but they keep changing the rules! The Western countries want to control the
Eastern countries because of their money, however they set too many rules, so
neither can win. However, in the month of October the rules have gone and the
situation is opened up and things change for the better.
2007 is not a good year for businesses involved with
Earth (property), Fire (energy) or Wood (timber). It is not good to invest in these businesses. It is also not good to invest in the central
part of the world or the centre of a country, or in the South. Drug dealers can easily be caught as the Fire
is weak.

empty! As the Earth is empty it is easy
to sink, so the strong Water can wash the Earth away! Property prices will be static or even
decline.
Progress will be difficult as the Fire is weak.

Water is strong. Pubs and yin businesses
can also make money.
2007 is a good year for

Water to make Wood, thus using some of the
excess Water. Therefore, February, as a month is also good. It is not a good year for the Wood person.
Health Problems
As the Metal and Water are very strong in the chart,
there will be alcohol and sex problems, which will be especially prevalent in
young females, and also in the
The sickness in this chart is the Metal and Water. The Wood is in trouble as the Metal and Water
are both strong, indicating problems with the Liver and also with the Water
systems of the body, together with problems from the excess alcohol. As the Water damages the Fire there will be
stress, as well as Heart and Mental problems.
2007 suits the North position not the South position,
as the Water is too strong. It is also
not good for the East as the strong Water can damage the Wood. 2007 is good for people who need water, and
also good for those who need the Northern Water energy,
As the Metal is strong and chopping the Wood, there is
a danger of breaking bones and accidents, therefore care must be taken with football,
athletics (any running) and kicking. As
the Earth is empty then cricket and football are not well aspected. Water and Metal sports are fine, as the Water
and Metal are strong, however, as they are
not the supportive elements they will not make much money, they are just safe.
Looking at the Kwas
The year is 8 fate 8, with Fu (parents) missing,
therefore the health and career are weak.
This is a 6 combination kwa to Fire and Water, with the trigrams as
Earth and Wood. This indicates that
February/March will be better.
The month is 9 fate 2, which has 
and Fu but no . The Sy (changing line) and Ying (opposite)
are crashing, with the Gip Choi 
crushing the which is not good. Therefore, your own money is crushed, the
money is also in the tomb (Eastern Wood tomb) – locking it away.
The day is 4 fate 9, where they is no money, but two and 2 . This can be viewed as the day branch, where the Sy is, controls the day stem with the Ying, therefore again the
West wants to control the East. However,
there is still no money, so although the West controls the East, nobody wins!
The Government is at the Sy, with the at the Ying, therefore the West wants to
control the East, and then pinch their money, but there is no money there to
pinch! The talk is all about the money.
The hour is 9 fate 1, which is a 6 combination
kwa. In the end the Western and Eastern
countries need to agree, they need to agree as and combine, there is no more control, and there
is money. The hexagram means Peace,
eventually they have a deal.
This also ties in with the October month opening the tomb. Unfortunately there is no money in the tomb,
but they have got a deal. This is the
best part of the year. As combine to Earth, and Earth is the then the Western Countries have more benefit
than the East, the East has the power and the West has the money.
Chue Yik
This Chue Yik I Ching method was taught during I Ching
II in 2006. First the kwa was calculated
as 9 fate 4 where there is again no choi.
The sy is at the third line which represents the Government. The Ying is at the top line, which is Heaven,
and is empty which is not good.
The kwa of 9 fate 4 is Metal above the Earth or Metal
above the Mountain, so the Metal is too exposed – everybody wants the gold,
they steal your fortune! From the kwa we
can read that the Earth, that is the whole world is at Fu (parents), which
supports the Sy Government. It is at the
Green Dragon position which is excellent, therefore there is not much conflict
in the world in 2007. Unfortunately the
citizens health is not good, and they are controlled by the Government. The Government talk and promise a lot, but
nothing materialises, all the promises are empty! The Government leaders are in a strong
position and know how to control the citizens, and the new leaders will be
cunning (and know how to cheat!) The
health of the King/Queen or top person in the Western Countries will not be
strong. Strange things will also happen
during the year, including strange weather patterns, and there will be lots of
flooding. There is no in the hexagram so the weather will not be
good, and the Government will take the citizens money. Again the Western countries will want to take
the money from the East, as the West wants to control the East.
The new hexagram of 3 fate 8 also gives the same
story, there is actually no change. As
we saw with the Ba Zi chart there is a lot of Metal and Water here too, the
East and West are also crushing. We
should not expect much progress during 2007.
Towards the end of the year issues will be resolved and the financial
situation will improve. There is no Wood
in these hexagrams either. Again the
Chue Yik shows that in the month there will be flooding. We can also see here that the young females
have alcohol and sexual problems.
The 12 Months of 2007
These are calculated from the Ba Zi on the first
page. Master Chan has taken the second
chi of the month. This is an ancient
method, and ensures that the chi continues, and relates to the Sun and Moon
combinations.
22 December to 20 January is
a month.
The Water here is very strong, it is also cold.
20 January to 19 February is 
,
this is even worse as it is all yin energy.
Both the stems and the branches combine to Water, there is too much
Water! It will be very cold with heavy
snow falls. It is advisable to stock up
on food! Travel will also be difficult.
19 February to 21 March is 
where both the stems and branches now combine
to Wood, which is the supportive element, and because of the combinations it is
no longer empty, which is excellent, therefore this strong Wood can drain the
Water. This month is good, more new
things will happen, there will be good news.
21 March to 20 April is 
unfortunately the wood is crushed here and
weak. The progress that was made during
February is now destroyed by the Government, and vanishes! As the Wood chi was strong in the previous
month the Eastern countries may send too many products to the West, and during
this month the Government will not like it, and start controlling the
East.
20 April to 21 May arguments are starting, the Governments wants
to control the East. All the deals will
be locked up.
21 May to 22 June here the Eastern countries are combining with the Western countries
because they want to complete a deal but this is not good for their
careers. The East and South East are
losing power, all the power is going to the West. There is no progress.
22 June to 23 July although this is Fire, both the Heaven and Earth are crushed, they are
also empty, this is not good, there is still no progress. Although it has the potential of being
brighter and lighter the water is too strong so the rising energy is crushed.
23 July to 23 August is better as is the 
career and the supportive element, however it
combines to Wood, which is indicating that the money is still not strong
enough. As here the is empty this month the weather can be very
hot.
23 August to 23 September 
the first half of the month will be quite nice,
however the second half is not nice – the combination is to Water!
23 September to 23 October here the Wood controls the Earth, the Eastern countries want the
money. Then there is a combination with and to Metal, this is when the deal is being
discussed. The Western and Eastern countries combine, and start talking.
23 October to 23 November then the East and West combine and make their deal. However, the is the most dangerous part as are crushing, opening the tombs, causing
widespread flooding.
23 November to 22 December during this month there is not much progress as the Metal controls the and there is also too much Water, it is also
at the
Looking at the 12 Animals, the Ox is too wet, The Tiger and the cat
are both fine, the Rabbit has problems as the ground is too wet and the crushes it, the Horse is not comfortable, the
Snake is also in trouble, and it is too wet for the Monkey and the Rat. Only the Sheep the Pig and the Tiger are
alright.
The West, North West and North are the strongest
positions during 2007, as they are strong then you need to combine with them to
benefit. The Dragon is the leader, and
the leader combines with the Western countries.
Sam Hap Flying Star and 24
Mountain Moving
This is a very ancient skill, not many people know
this method. The inner ring shows the
original 24 Mountains, the next ring shows their new position in 2007, which is
a 2 year. The next ring shows the San
Sat the ‘Fairies and Devils’ – the Good and Bad Stars, followed by the 24
Heaven Stars in their original positions and then in their new positions for a
2 year.
As 2007 is a year, the Tye Shu, the Grand Duke is therefore
at and the Snake is therefore Soy Por, that is crushed by
the year.
Also looking at the Flying Stars at the bottom of the
page where we have the basic, the 8 fate, and the year lo-shu numbers, we can
see what is happening.
Starting in the North,
where the numbers represent Water, Metal and Wood. As the visiting number is Metal, which feeds
the Water, this means that the North is supported, it is a good position, there
is no conflict and the career is strong.
However, it is very yang, so things can happen very quickly. The 3 is Wood indicating that the Eastern
countries are already at this position. The San Sat is Big Fortune.
The North East
is all Earth. Again there is no
conflict, and the Earth is strong, however there is double sickness here, so
this is not good. The San Sat indicates
that people are scared, and they do not know what to do.
The East,
the Wood element, has the visiting Star as fire which drains the East, it does
not support the East. The Fate star
supports but the year star is draining, therefore overall it is OK as Water
supports Wood which supports Fire, however it is not good that the year star
drains the east. This is all yang energy
again. Looking at the top half of the
page, the visiting )
is also there. Therefore the East is not
good, it is weakened.
In the South East,
the visiting Star is Water which feeds the Wood. This is similar to the East, but better as
the position is supported rather than being drained. The
Toe Far or relationship star is here, indicating that the South East is a good
place for someone looking for a relationship, although this is very
general. As the Stars 4 and 1 are here,
there is also Career energy here. The 3
San Sats here are Small Fortune, Big Fortune and crush to the Tye Shu. This is much more balanced than the East.
The South
is not balanced at all as the Fire is crushing the Metal and the visiting Metal
Star is crushing the Wood. Although the
South is not great, there is some money energy here. As the year star combines with the fate star,
the energy is very fast, making the good very good, and the bad very bad! From the additional Stars, the second King or
second Tye Shu is here, together with Big Fortune.
The South West
also has money energy, however there is double Earth stress but it is not bad
as it has no crushing, and it is all yin.
Here we can see and crushing, and and crushing.
The Stars show a little bit of benefit, Gip Sat is also there.
In the West,
the Metal location, the Metal and Wood are crushing, the West is crushing the
East. The South East Star has moved to
the West, so they want the Western market, however the Metal is too strong and
Wood is too weak. The Stars here are all
Sat.
In the year, the other Stars are not good.
Only the Southern countries cannot be controlled as
the Fire is stronger than the Metal. The
West can control the East and South East but they cannot control the South, so
they cannot control

In the centre the Earth is too strong, it is stubborn
and stuck, it would be better if there was some Metal there to drain it. There will not be much progress with property
prices, prices can also reduce. As there
is so much Water, then the new constructions in
It is fascinating that whichever chart we look at the
message is always the same – this is the beauty of the Chue Style Methods.
For comparison Master Chan also looked at an
alternative Sam Hap method (not in the charts) which is used by some other
Masters where the 8 star flies forward, and explained how it is just the
interpretation of this method that needs to change.
Looking at each Animal for
2007
The Pig is strong; the Rat is OK as he is the General; the Ox is in trouble as the Earth sat and Big
Dipper are here; the Tiger is a paper Tiger, he is not strong
enough; the Rabbit is also in big trouble as the Year Sat
is there; the Dragon is OK; the Snake is in big trouble as this position is
against the Grand Duke, also the weather is too wet and he does not know what
to do; the Horse is not good as it is crushing; the Sheep is OK; the Monkey is also not great, as it is so wet
there is less fruit in the forest and the trees are not strong, Gip Sat is
there; the Rooster has Joi Sat – disaster and
calamity/kill which could be bird flu; the Dog is also not very good as Heaven Kill and
Heaven Hook are there.
The property business is not good as there is no money
in the Horoscope. The best positions for
buying (and selling) property in 2007 are those on the South/North axis; the
West, East and Central positions are not good.
As the Tye Shu of the year is in the
When selecting a date, also do not select a Tye Shu
day day to do the alterations, also avoid the 
day and hour as they crush. It is better to select a Metal day and hour
as they support the Grand Duke.

At the beginning of the Junior Master preparation,
